Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with over a decade in backend software engineering, concentrating on Java and Spring Boot frameworks. This role focuses on leading and architecting microservices-based distributed systems within the digital assets industry, including cryptocurrency, exchanges, and blockchain-related financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Lead backend development with a strong command of Java and Spring Boot technologies, applying 10+ years of industry experience.
- Provide technical leadership with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead capacity, managing complex, large-scale projects and cross-disciplinary technical teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices architectures and distributed computing systems.
- Craft RESTful APIs adhering to OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, ensuring robust security through OAuth2 and JWT protocols.
- Apply thorough knowledge of fintech security standards, compliance demands, and data integrity principles.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and application monitoring solutions to streamline development and deployment.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, effective communication, and adept stakeholder coordination skills.
Domain Expertise
Experience working within the digital assets sector is essential, with a background in cryptocurrency, custody management, trading platforms, tokenization, or blockchain-based financial services.
