Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Efficiently serve customers with attentive care.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards, with accurate record keeping.
• Utilize first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation to preserve food freshness.
• Manage receipt of deliveries and ensure proper, safe storage of all food items.
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures of the café.
• Prepare, cook, and serve items from the café menu with high quality.
• Ensure all food products are readily available and meet standard requirements.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the menu to serve food as intended.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and communicate issues to the Café Manager.
• Stay informed on business updates and new initiatives.
• Keep customer tables clean and sanitized to maintain pleasant café conditions.
