Purpose of Your Role

Join the Checkers & Rally’s Corporate Field Operations team where you will contribute to making us the preferred choice for our Guests. As a Team Member, you will passionately deliver excellent Guest service and quick, bold food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enhance profits by ensuring Guest satisfaction.
• Report concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and address the needs of Guests effectively.
• Complete cross-training and earn certifications across multiple roles.
• Follow all policies and procedures to maximize satisfaction for both Guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment within the restaurant for Employees and Guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in Guest service or food preparation is beneficial.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours.
• High energy levels suitable for a fast-paced work setting.
• Dedication to core values including integrity, service, excellence, and a bold approach to growth.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
