Overview
The General Manager serves as the lead figure at an individual restaurant location, playing a pivotal role in its overall success. This role demands a strong focus on achieving sales targets, enhancing employee performance, and enforcing company protocols and practices. Utilizing established systems and procedures, the General Manager aims to maximize profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster team development. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this position calls for leadership in all facets of restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- At least two years of management experience in a relevant setting.
- A minimum educational level of high school diploma.
- Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
