Role Overview
As a Team Member, you will actively contribute to delivering high-quality, fast, and friendly service by preparing and serving delicious Mexican meals, upholding Zambrero's rigorous standards for food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness to guarantee the best guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and warm customer service with a smile.
- Follow recipes closely to prepare meals during different service times.
- Adjust preparations according to customer flow and volume.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, handling, and sanitisation standards.
- Participate in regular cleaning of production areas, dining space, and the overall restaurant.
- Support other tasks essential to efficient restaurant operations and enhancing customer experience.
