Role Overview

As a Team Member, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving fresh Mexican cuisine according to Zambrero's standards. You will ensure consistency in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and contribute positively to the team and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and providing friendly, outstanding customer service to guests
• Following exact recipes to prepare food during meal service periods
• Adjusting food preparation based on customer volume and demand
• Adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitisation requirements
• Supporting daily and weekly cleaning tasks in production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
• Performing any additional duties to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experiences
