Role Overview

As a Team Member, you will be instrumental in crafting and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with excellent service. This role involves adhering strictly to Zambrero’s customer service standards, recipes, operational procedures, and hygiene practices to guarantee our guests receive the best experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive customer service with a friendly demeanor
• Execute food preparation accurately according to set recipes during service periods
• Adapt and prepare recipes efficiently, anticipating customer volume
• Uphold strict food handling, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to routine cleaning of production areas, dining spaces, and general restaurant upkeep
• Support any additional tasks that facilitate smooth restaurant operations and enhance customer satisfaction
