We specialize in quick-service Mexican dishes such as burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos, all prepared with fresh ingredients including homemade guacamole. Our unique Plate 4 Plate initiative donates one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito sold.
Role Overview
As a Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering fast, fresh, and nutritious Mexican food with a warm and friendly attitude. Your responsibilities will focus on stellar customer service, precise food preparation following established recipes, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Key Duties
- Provide friendly and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Prepare food items by accurately following recipes during meal periods.
- Adapt food preparation according to customer volume and daily needs.
- Maintain food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols rigorously.
- Participate in daily and weekly cleaning tasks covering production areas, dining space, and overall restaurant environment.
- Support any other activities that contribute to smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer experiences.
