Role Overview
As a Restaurant Manager, you will uphold excellence across customer experience, workplace culture, and financial performance. This leadership position involves managing team dynamics, operational standards, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and meets its goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, training, staff scheduling, and performance management, resolving employee issues and grievances as needed.
- Maintain quality control over food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Order stock supplies from vendors to keep inventory well-stocked.
- Handle various office duties including paperwork, banking, cash management, payroll processing, and policy review.
- Prepare and monitor profit and loss statements, budgets, and implement cost controls related to goods and labor.
- Oversee daily and weekly cleaning of kitchen, dining area, and restaurant premises.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Workplace Health and Safety standards, providing effective training for staff.
