About Zambrero Epping
We are excited to open a new Zambrero location in Epping, Victoria. Zambrero is Australia's largest Mexican franchise committed to serving healthy, fresh meals while contributing to global hunger alleviation through our Plate 4 Plate program—donating one meal to those in need for every bowl or burrito sold. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced quick-service environment with tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos featuring homemade guacamole and fresh ingredients.
Your Role as a Team Member
As a team member, you will uphold Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness to ensure an excellent experience for every guest. You will engage in friendly interactions, precisely follow recipes, and maintain restaurant hygiene.
- Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service.
- Prepare meals by accurately following recipes and adjusting to customer demand.
- Comply with all food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support daily and weekly cleaning routines of the kitchen, dining, and general areas.
- Assist with any additional tasks that contribute to smooth restaurant operations and positive customer experiences.
