Role Objective

As a part of the Corporate Field Operations team, your role as a Team Member is crucial in making our guests’ experience outstanding by delivering exceptional guest service and serving quick, bold food.

Daily Contributions

• Drive sales and profits through enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Report any issues or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and address the needs of our guests efficiently.
• Participate in cross-training and achieve certification across various roles.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure satisfaction for both guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment in the restaurant for everyone.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or food preparation is desirable.
• Basic mathematical abilities are necessary.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including extended hours.
• High energy levels to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
• Alignment with core values: integrity, service, excellence, and the courage to be bold and grow.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is advantageous.
