Purpose of Your Role

You will enthusiastically serve Guests by providing outstanding customer service and delivering fast, flavorful food.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and increase profits by prioritizing Guest satisfaction.
• Communicate any Guest-related concerns or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and respond effectively to Guests’ needs.
• Complete cross-training and obtain certifications across various positions.
• Follow all policies and procedures to enhance both Guest and employee experiences.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for staff and Guests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in Guest service or food preparation is desirable.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours.
• Energetic attitude to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Dedication to core values: integrity, service, excellence, boldness, and growth.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
