Purpose of Your Role

At Checkers & Rally’s, your work positively impacts our Franchisees, Team Members, and Guests. As a key player on our Corporate Field Operations team, you will be accountable for achieving sales and profit targets while delivering outstanding service to both Guests and Team. Your leadership will ensure the restaurant remains the top choice for patrons and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure budgeted sales and profit goals by full management of the restaurant's profit and loss.
• Regularly analyze operational data to devise and implement strategies that boost sales, profitability, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Assess staffing requirements, recruit suitable candidates, and maintain appropriate shift coverage to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operational procedures, policies, and excellent guest service.
• Address guest complaints promptly and enforce compliance with company policies.
• Offer consistent feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for both employees and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Food Safety certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years experience in restaurant management, ideally within Quick Service Restaurant settings.
• Proficient basic math skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general business systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varied and extended hours in a dynamic environment.
