At Checkers & Rally’s, our Team Members play an essential role in positively impacting the lives of Franchisees, Team members, and Guests. As part of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will strive to make us the top choice for Guests by delivering enthusiastic, speedy, and high-quality food service.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profits by enhancing guest satisfaction
• Report any concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager
• Recognize and address Guests’ needs effectively
• Complete cross-training programs and obtain certifications across various roles
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure maximum satisfaction for both Guests and employees
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and Guests alike

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in guest services or food preparation
• Basic proficiency in math
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including extended hours
• High energy level suited for a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to core values: integrity, service, excellence, and bold growth
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Food Safety Certification
