Overview
The Assistant Manager position collaborates directly with the General Manager and serves as the principal leader in daily restaurant operations. Key priorities include driving sales, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness standards, and upholding food quality.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities.
- Lead efforts to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness standards rigorously.
- Ensure consistent product quality across all food items.
Requirements
- At least two years of supervisory experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Completion of high school education is mandatory.
- Demonstrated motivation to learn new skills and pursue career growth.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license for job-related travel.
