Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager serves as the key leader of the restaurant, playing a crucial role in driving the success of the individual location. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, overseeing employee performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The General Manager utilizes established systems and methods to optimize profitability, deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and foster team development. This position reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of management experience.
- Completion of high school education is required.
- Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
