Role Summary

As a Team Member, you will deliver friendly and efficient service in line with Zambrero's high standards. Your responsibilities include preparing food accurately according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and contributing to a positive restaurant atmosphere to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Offer warm, approachable customer service that reflects the brand’s positive culture.
• Follow recipes meticulously to prepare menu items during meal periods.
• Adjust food preparation to accommodate customer flow and volume variations.
• Comply with food safety, handling, and sanitisation guidelines.
• Assist with regular cleaning of food preparation zones, dining areas, and overall restaurant upkeep.
• Perform diverse tasks that contribute to smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
