Position Overview
This role is based at Primark in Sligo and offers a full-time permanent position working five days a week. The annual salary for this role is €47,375. Role Purpose
As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping your team's development to deliver a fast, efficient, and enjoyable customer experience. You will have genuine ownership and accountability within a supportive framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with store management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage a specific store department or section, covering commercial planning, stock control, application of planograms, visual merchandising, and driving sales.
- Supervise till operations or fitting rooms when necessary.
- Direct and organize Retail Assistant teams by assigning daily tasks.
- Encourage and coach your team to foster an exceptional shopping environment that optimizes sales performance.
- Engage in personal development opportunities through digital learning platforms and clear career progression paths within the company.

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, engage, and communicate effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Strong commercial awareness to drive performance and foster talent growth within the team.
