About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the daily operations within a retail department located in Small Heath, Birmingham. This full-time position involves working night shifts totaling 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by leading through example, supporting colleagues, managing stock, assisting new starters, resolving issues on the floor, and ensuring outstanding customer service standards are met. Close collaboration with management will be essential to maintain high performance and a focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities
