Role Overview
LOINS is seeking a full-time, on-site Teacher located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering stimulating lessons in alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, employing diverse instructional techniques to meet varied learner needs. Daily tasks encompass preparing lesson resources, evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and keeping accurate records of academic performance. The Teacher will foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom atmosphere, manage student behavior effectively, and collaborate closely with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership on curricular and extracurricular endeavors. They will also maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, attend staff meetings and training sessions, and contribute actively to the continual enhancement of teaching practices and programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in education, including pedagogy and curriculum standards.
- Proven teaching and training abilities, capable of supporting students with diverse learning capabilities.
- Competence in lesson planning and the creation of well-structured, engaging, and assessable learning activities.
- Excellent communication skills for clear instruction and collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related discipline; possession of a teaching certificate or license is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in international or national school environments is advantageous.
- Ability to cultivate an inclusive, student-focused classroom fostering social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and dedication to ongoing professional development.
