Position Overview
The Art Teacher role at LOINS is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering stimulating art lessons that incorporate diverse media and techniques aimed at enhancing students' creative and artistic capabilities. Responsibilities include planning lessons, executing the art curriculum, evaluating student progress, maintaining a stimulating and safe classroom atmosphere, and providing meaningful feedback. The Art Teacher will also collaborate effectively with fellow faculty members, take part in school events, and contribute to art-centered projects and exhibitions that benefit the school community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in teaching methodologies and art education practices.
- Expertise in lesson planning and curriculum design.
- Hands-on skills in painting and various practical art techniques.
- Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching art within school settings, ideally at the primary or secondary educational levels.
- Capability to manage classroom environments effectively while catering to diverse student learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mentality toward working with colleagues and families.
- A dedication to continuous professional growth and culturally responsive teaching strategies.
