Role Overview

The Pre Kindergarten Teacher position is a full-time onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons tailored to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children. Core duties include planning and executing classroom activities, maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment, monitoring and documenting children's progress, and maintaining frequent communication with families and school management. Additionally, the teacher will work closely with peers on curriculum development, actively participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development, and contribute to school activities enhancing the early childhood education program.

Key Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Early Childhood Education with an understanding of age-appropriate practices suited for Pre Kindergarten learners.
• Experience teaching Kindergarten with the ability to foster inclusive, engaging, and student-focused classrooms.
• Skilled in lesson planning and curriculum design that aligns learning activities with educational standards and institutional policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities to effectively collaborate with students, families, and various staff members.
• A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related disciplines; holding a teaching certification is advantageous.
• Proficient classroom management abilities, dedication to children's safety and well-being, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Experience working in international or multicultural school environments and fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is considered beneficial.
