Each store also provides comprehensive salon services such as hair, skin, brow, and makeup treatments.

Role Overview

The Task Associate is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence to support sales initiatives that deliver a remarkable shopping experience for Ulta Beauty guests. This involves keeping product displays stocked, maintaining overall store cleanliness, and carrying out other assigned duties to assist Merchandise and Operations Managers. The role demands rigorous adherence to procedures, attention to detail, and dedication to company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of store sales targets by properly executing assigned tasks and ensuring product availability.
• Fulfill compliance and timely execution of operational tasks including shipment handling, inventory counts, merchandise setups, and replenishment.
• Consistently maintain excellent attendance records.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for teammates and customers alike.
• Engage continuously in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
• Execute merchandise resets, planogram implementations, marketing displays, and inventory processes using store technology.
• Maintain exceptional store standards across the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Uphold loss prevention protocols and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is favored.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Working Conditions

• The role requires continuous movement throughout the store during shifts.
• Frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and twisting.
• Must be able to lift, carry, or move items up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Requires good coordination and manual dexterity.
• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays is necessary.
