Role Purpose

This position focuses on boosting sales through exemplary customer service to accomplish both personal and store targets aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet personal, store, and key performance indicator (KPI) objectives to support overall company aims.
• Deliver consistent outstanding customer service by adhering to company policies, offering accurate product information, and demonstrating a friendly, respectful demeanor to build enduring client relationships.
• Stay knowledgeable about product designs, current trends, quality considerations, and availability to enhance customer interaction.
• Handle merchandise logistics including shipping, receiving, sorting, and stocking across various store display points.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management to support store operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in multiple languages is mandatory; specifically, Russian language proficiency is required.
• At least one year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with comparable premium brands.
• Experience within the local retail market is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with local cultural norms and sensitivities.
• Understanding of fashion trends and industry knowledge.
