Role Summary

The Task Associate (TA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, directly supporting sales-driving activities that underpin an outstanding guest experience. This involves maintaining merchandise stock on fixtures, ensuring store cleanliness, and completing various assigned tasks. The TA collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance metrics, upholding workplace processes, and fostering a positive team environment. Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures are essential for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass store retail objectives by executing assigned tasks efficiently and ensuring product availability for customers.
• Adhere to compliance and execution standards related to operational dashboards, including timely completion of shipment processing, merchandise displays, inventory procedures, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Support an inclusive workplace atmosphere that encourages collaboration among team members and provides excellent service to internal and external guests.
• Engage in ongoing training programs focused on brand and product knowledge to foster continuous professional growth and enhance sales performance.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards diligently and comply with the dress code requirements.
• Carry out merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory counts, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence by keeping work areas stocked, properly signed, and organized, ensuring testers are available to customers.
• Ensure the store maintains superior cleanliness standards across sales floors, restrooms, cashwrap areas, stock rooms, and break zones.
• Protect company assets by employing loss prevention techniques and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
• Familiarity with basic technology such as Point of Sale (POS) systems and Apple devices.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight hours, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Frequent movement across the store during shifts.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and twisting.
• Regular lifting or moving of objects up to 25 pounds.
• Consistent hand and eye coordination involved in job tasks.
