About Flexjet and the Role
Flexjet is internationally recognized for outstanding service and operational excellence in private aviation. With the expansion of our European operations, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to augment our HR team and facilitate recruitment endeavors across Europe.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process including briefing roles, job advertising, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies and advise on selection techniques, interviewing, and industry trends.
- Employ proactive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, maintaining and growing Flexjet's social media presence within Europe.
- Ensure accurate and GDPR-compliant recruitment data and reporting within HR and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to identify and implement enhancements to hiring strategies and candidate engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruitment in an in-house Talent Acquisition or recruitment capacity.
- Expertise in direct sourcing techniques including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and talent mapping.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and meticulous in data maintenance and recruitment reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-moving settings.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe.
