Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time on-site position with Parker Connect. The specialist will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment cycle and ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to generate a shortlist of high-quality candidates for clients.
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial client engagement and candidate sourcing through offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Facilitate offer discussions and ensure smooth closure of recruitment deals.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the company CRM and recruitment tracking systems.
• Strive to meet established activity, revenue, and placement goals consistently.
• Evaluate candidate suitability through resume screening and interview feedback, making informed qualification decisions.
• Act as primary point of contact for queries from candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and interpersonal interactions effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Energetic approach and genuine enthusiasm for recruitment.
