Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Singapore team. This individual will lead recruitment efforts, refine hiring processes, and collaborate with various departments to fulfill staffing needs aligned with company goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives across diverse roles.
- Work closely with leadership to anticipate and plan workforce requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across different business units.
- Enhance recruitment strategies to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Track and report recruitment metrics for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
- Establish and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and academic institutions to develop a talent pipeline.
- Lead recruitment planning and organize events for open positions.
- Contribute to other HR and recruitment-related projects as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
- Expertise in candidate selection processes.
- Strong understanding of the needs of different business units.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good decision-making capabilities with a proactive sense of urgency.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
