About the Role

Capital One is seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring activities across multiple business domains including Analytics, Process Management, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to influence strategic change, enhance recruitment processes, and align talent acquisition with the company's overall vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for key business segments such as Analytics and Professional roles.
• Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor for assigned business units, using market insights to shape the talent strategy.
• Create and execute long-term sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines for both immediate needs and future skill demands.
• Collaborate with the Talent Brand team to develop engaging attraction strategies that reinforce Capital One's employer brand.
• Stay informed on recruitment market trends and introduce innovative ideas within the talent acquisition team.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment within the financial services sector.
• Capability to move beyond routine recruitment, providing strategic input and guidance to senior leaders regarding talent challenges and hiring strategies.
• Curiosity and understanding of the roles being recruited to engage in meaningful dialogue about challenges.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to partner effectively with hiring managers and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving environment, consistently seeking improvements.
• A data-oriented mindset to optimize recruiting processes and deliver actionable insights, with strong organizational skills for managing recruitment activities.
• Familiarity with GSuite and Workday is advantageous.

Work Arrangement

This is a permanent position based in Nottingham or London, operating on a hybrid schedule: three days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday).
