Job description
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Schematonics Research And Development India (Opc) Private Limited, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as supporting HR-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media channels.
- Conduct resume screenings and initial human resource interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with technical and management teams.
- Track candidate progress and maintain communication through offer acceptance to joining.
- Prepare offer letters, complete joining procedures, and handle necessary employee documentation.
- Maintain updated recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and generate hiring reports.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR functions as needed.
