Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to acquire and grow business with new and current end-user clients, Cloud, and Hosting Providers.
• Perform online and on-site product demonstrations of Veeam's portfolio, providing training and support while engaging in joint meetings.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and on-site support during customers' evaluation periods of Veeam products.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and key alliance partners, working in tandem with sales colleagues.
• Participate and contribute to Veeam's marketing events.
• Conduct Product Proof of Concepts (POCs) tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Request for Quotations (RFQs) based on specific customer requirements.
• Introduce new technologies and deliver comprehensive training to both internal teams and clients.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities independently.
• Provide technical compliance checks and competitive analysis of products within the offered solutions.
• Maintain hands-on experience with hypervisors and cloud environments.
• Coordinate presales activities with customers, involving collaboration with Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services teams.

Candidate Expectations

• Engage confidently in business discussions with relevant stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
• Possess a minimum of five years' experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Advise clients on future business strategies and foster a positive customer experience for assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Comfortably present to groups in both remote and in-person settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Saudi Arabia.
• Self-motivated with the aptitude to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their existing infrastructure.
• Have knowledge in VMware, Nutanix AHV, RedHat, and Microsoft virtualization technologies within extensive environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS, with the ability to discuss and position cloud technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) is advantageous; employees can obtain VMCE and VMCA certifications after commencing employment.
• Experience with Kubernetes technology platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL, DB2, and SAP is beneficial.
• Understanding of data privacy and security standards including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, PDPL, NDMO, NCA, and SAMA.
• Familiarity with data security frameworks such as Data Security Posture Management (DSPM).
