About Presbyterian Support Central
Joining Presbyterian Support Central means becoming part of a mission-driven not-for-profit organization focused on supporting vulnerable people during critical times in their lives. Our key services include Family Works, which provides social support and counselling to children and families, and Enliven, delivering positive aging initiatives to foster age-friendly communities.
Role Overview
The Systems Analyst role is pivotal in managing and supporting a variety of business and clinical software applications, ensuring system reliability, optimization, and alignment with organizational needs. This involves engaging closely with sites across the region to understand business operations and user needs.
Key Duties
- Administer and support critical business and clinical software solutions.
- Collaborate with users to capture, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
- Resolve system issues and handle configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Extract, analyze, and build reports utilizing data from multiple platforms.
- Participate in project phases such as discovery, requirement gathering, impact analysis, testing, implementation, and post-launch reviews.
- Conduct user training and provide continuous support to promote effective system use.
- Develop and maintain process diagrams, requirement documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
Additional Information
The role includes travel throughout the lower and central North Island, sometimes requiring overnight stays.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in system support, systems analysis, application analysis, or business analysis, particularly with business or clinical software.
- Familiarity with applications and workflows in healthcare, aged care, community, or social services sectors.
- Competency in data extraction, analysis, and cross-platform reporting.
- Proven track record in supporting system deployments, upgrades, testing, and change management.
- Confidence in delivering training and assisting users with varied technical skills.
- Skilled in producing clear and comprehensive documentation including process flows, requirements, SOPs, and training guides.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
