About the Role
Join Massey University in Palmerston North as a Scheduling Analyst within the Estates Management Information Systems and Space team. This full-time fixed-term position, available immediately until 29 October 2027, is key to developing and maintaining the University's teaching timetable, ensuring efficient, compliant, and student-centered scheduling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage teaching timetables across the University.
- Analyze scheduling data to identify and resolve timetable conflicts.
- Enhance utilization of teaching spaces for optimal efficiency.
- Provide support to academic and professional staff regarding timetable concerns.
- Participate in refining processes and promoting service excellence initiatives.
About You
- Experience working in complex administrative or operational settings.
- Strong abilities in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

- Preferably experience in scheduling, timetabling, or tertiary education sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from $60,069 to $84,876 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
