System Completion Operator (Hexagon)

Job Overview

The System Completion Operator position involves overseeing and updating system completion records utilizing Hexagon software during the commissioning phase of an offshore Oil & Gas development in Qatar. This vital role supports a smooth transition from construction to commissioning and finally to operational stages by ensuring accurate documentation of mechanical completion, punch list management, and systemization data for achieving project milestones such as Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), and Ready for Commissioning Completion (RFCC).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage system completion details and maintain data using Hexagon completions software throughout the offshore commissioning project.
• Track and verify mechanical completion status and oversee punch list progress to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Facilitate efficient handover processes between construction, commissioning, and operations teams, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a System Completion Operator or Coordinator in Oil & Gas projects.
• Practical proficiency with Hexagon completions software is mandatory.
• Offshore commissioning work experience is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of key project milestones including MC, RFSU, RFCC, and punch list control.
• Possession of a valid offshore survival certification such as BOSIET or OPITO, or willingness to obtain this qualification.
• Flexibility to work offshore on rotation schedules within Qatar.
