Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with proficient experience in managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructures. The role demands specialized knowledge in Hybrid Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure platforms, and specifically Azure Communication Services (ACS). This position is located onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Administer and maintain systems across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
  • Deploy, integrate, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot Azure Communication Services with a focus on enterprise-level email solutions.
  • Manage communications setups including email as the primary channel, SMS, voice, and chat services.
  • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Hybrid Infrastructure environments.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 administration specifically Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Utilize Entra ID, implement MFA, Conditional Access policies, and manage Entra Connect synchronization.
  • Configure email domains and DNS settings, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.
  • Perform integrations leveraging REST APIs, SDKs, Event Grid, and Webhooks.
  • Monitor email delivery and system health using Azure Monitor tools.
  • Manage security components such as Key Vault, Managed Identities, IAM, and RBAC.
  • Possess strong understanding of SMTP, DNS/DHCP services, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Hybrid Identity solutions.
  • Conduct Level 2/3 troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analyses.
  • Handle email deliverability, sender reputation management, and suppression/bounce scenarios.
  • Implement Microsoft Defender and Data Loss Prevention mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support for enterprise-scale hybrid environments.
