Support Worker

Overview

Corlann South East invites motivated and compassionate individuals to join as Support Workers dedicated to assisting people with intellectual disabilities in South Tipperary, primarily in the Cashel and Cahir areas. These roles focus on enhancing the quality of life of the persons supported by providing essential care and facilitating personal development and community involvement.

Positions Available

• Permanent full-time Support Worker (78 hours per fortnight) at Adult Residential Service, Cahir, Co. Tipperary.
• Permanent part-time Support Worker (39 hours per fortnight) at Adult Residential Services, Cashel and Cahir.
• Permanent part-time Support Worker (70 hours per fortnight) at Adult Day Service, Cashel.
• Permanent part-time Support Worker (minimum 30 hours per fortnight) working across Boherduff Services in Cahir, Cashel, Clonmel, and Tipperary Town.
• Temporary full-time Support Worker (78 hours per fortnight) at Adult Residential Service, Cashel.
• Temporary part-time Support Worker (72 hours per fortnight) at Adult Residential Service, Cashel.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive personal care including assistance with meals, hygiene, and physical well-being throughout the day.
• Support the development and execution of Individual Plans tailored to each person supported, ensuring their specific goals are met.
• Promote and aid community participation and integration for the persons supported.

• Attractive pay scales ranging from €34,881 to €48,434 on a pro-rata basis.
