Role Summary

As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital supportive and advocacy-focused role. The position involves assisting individuals supported by the service with their daily lives, emphasizing their strengths and promoting independence and skill development. You will engage with clients both in their homes and at day service centers.

• Help individuals achieve their goals and outcomes as part of their personal development journey.
• Advocate for and empower clients to make informed life choices.
