Overview
Corlann, located in Gorey, County Wexford, is seeking dedicated and optimistic Social Care Workers to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidates will be passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, committed to helping them lead enriched and satisfying lives.
Role Summary
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital supportive and advocacy-focused role. The position involves assisting individuals supported by the service with their daily lives, emphasizing their strengths and promoting independence and skill development. You will engage with clients both in their homes and at day service centers.

- Support the development and implementation of person-centered plans tailored for each individual.
