Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Abbots Grange facility in Chester, which accommodates 11 residents in a mixture of self-contained flats and shared accommodation. Each client receives personalized recovery-oriented support, including tools like Recovery Star, weekly scheduling, and budgeting assistance. The successful candidate will assist individuals with complex mental health needs, providing person-centred day-to-day support aimed at improving their quality of life.

Candidate Profile
