Role Overview

Service Details

The service is located in Southbank, Runcorn — a historic building transformed into seven self-contained flats and seven en-suite rooms, providing 24-hour support to individuals with complex mental health needs. The site includes night-time sleepover arrangements. This environment poses challenges but provides opportunities to positively impact people's lives and contribute to a supportive team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of 13.45
• Sleepover rate of 50 per sleepover

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of Level 2 qualification in health and social care or willingness to obtain this qualification
• Genuine enthusiasm for positively impacting lives
• Self-driven, empathetic, dynamic, and innovative approach within care settings
• Experience relating to mental health needs and managing challenging behaviors, either professionally or personally
