Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join SIS in Huddersfield, providing vital assistance to individuals with complex mental health conditions in a supported living environment. This full-time onsite position involves delivering person-centred care to improve daily living and overall quality of life.
About SIS and the Service
SIS is a prominent care provider in the Northwest, supporting people with mental health and housing needs since 2014. This service accommodates up to 17 individuals residing in 17 high-quality self-contained flats within a converted mill located in the desirable Lockwood Scar area.

Candidate Profile
