Your Role

• Assist those we support to participate in enriching opportunities and activities, helping them lead fulfilling lives with memorable experiences.
• Engage in community involvement, support leisure and social activities, and celebrate important milestones.
• Communicate effectively by considering the unique communication needs of each individual and facilitating their communication with others.
• Work rotational shifts totaling 37.5 hours each week.
