Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in children's residential homes located in North Devon, specifically in Barnstaple, Bideford, and Torrington areas. This permanent full-time position involves working 35 to 40 hours per week, offering a meaningful career where every day presents new opportunities to positively impact the lives of young people.
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from 25,989.60 to 129,702.40 with an hourly equivalent of 14.28, excluding an additional allowance of 60 GBP per overnight sleep-in shift.
