Job description
Role Overview
Join our high-performing Away from Home team in Auckland as a Support & Delivery Representative, ensuring smooth handling of customer support and product delivery tasks. This permanent full-time position is based at our Mt Wellington office and operates Monday to Friday on a rotating shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate ongoing customer loyalty through effective engagement.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Adopt and promote best practices to foster continuous process enhancement.
Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in delivering excellent customer experiences with meticulous attention to accuracy.
- Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness.
- Customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Experience or exposure to SAP, and preferably Salesforce or Genesys.
- Willingness to work on some Public Holidays as required.
