Position Overview

MANTECH is recruiting driven and customer-focused Supply Specialists to join our teams located in Guam, Australia, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. This role serves a critical function as the authoritative figure overseeing technical execution related to supply class management and material distribution.

Key Duties

  • Act as the ultimate technical authority for the hands-on management and distribution of supplies.
  • Authorize localized technical methods for handling equipment, verify records of material serviceability, and prioritize the release order of mission-critical supplies.
  • Oversee the strategic physical consolidation of various supply categories within the regional logistics framework.
  • Ensure technical compliance for class support during Special Operations throughout the Pacific.
  • Sanction the transfer of high-priority supply classes II, IV, VII, and IX to front-line maritime and expeditionary locations.
  • Lead technical coordination of supply processes with regional mission collaborators and theater sustainment commands.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to junior and subordinate team members.

Qualification Levels

The position offers multiple seniority levels based on experience and qualifications, including Junior, Midlevel, Senior, and Lead.

Lead Level

  • High school diploma with over 12 years of relevant experience (equivalent to 10 years if holding a related Bachelor's degree).
  • Proven expertise in formal document authorization and technical program functional leadership.

Senior Level

  • High school diploma plus minimum 10 years of relevant experience (8 years with Bachelor's degree credit).
  • Experience in overseeing technical quality control gates and document approval processes.

Midlevel

  • High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience (or 1 year if holding a related Bachelor's degree).
  • Capability to prepare technical documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Junior Level

  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to comply with SOPs and assist in developing technical documents.

Preferred Credentials

  • Associate degree in Logistics or closely related discipline.
  • Certifications in professional supply management.
  • Significant experience with supply class operations under USSOCOM or USPACOM.

Security Clearance and Physical Demands

  • Active Public Trust Clearance is mandatory.
  • Must be able to stay seated for around 50% of the work time.
  • Occasional mobility within office environments to access equipment and communicate with others through various channels, including presentations.
