Supervisor - Systems

Position Summary

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer software and systems. The incumbent will provide technical advice to solve business challenges, analyze and suggest process improvements, and operate computer equipment and peripherals. Responsibilities include modifying, managing, supporting, and maintaining application programs and user accounts, as well as documenting daily data communications, problems, solutions, and installations. Training users on appropriate hardware and software use is also a key function.

Management and Coordination

The position requires managing and coordinating telecommunications planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation, including client/server support and strategic planning. Advising on administrative policies, technical issues, priorities, and telecommunications procedures is expected. Assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, coaching employees, and embodying the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process are also essential duties. The role promotes positive working relationships and team collaboration to meet shared objectives.

Workplace Conduct and Additional Duties

Compliance with company policies, asset protection, clear and professional communication, and quality control to increase efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, and cost savings are required. The role includes physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds and other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications demanded.
