Role Overview

As a Supervisor at our Bandon, County Cork location, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to ensure the store runs smoothly and delivers outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in product rotation, merchandising, and shelf presentation.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and development efforts.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, adhering to store policies.
• Embrace and implement new initiatives and innovative work methods.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably a minimum of two years’ experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work delegation and support colleagues effectively.
