Job Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor with prior experience in the Armed Forces or Defence Services to oversee security personnel at various assigned locations in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the security workforce assigned to specific sites.
- Ensure correct attendance, deployment, and discipline of security staff.
- Carry out routine inspections of sites to uphold and maintain security protocols.
- Serve as the point of contact between clients and security personnel regarding daily security operations.
- Keep track of work shifts, duty schedules, and guard substitutions.
- Manage security incidents proactively and document detailed reports as necessary.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, site-specific guidelines, and safety regulations among guards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in the Armed Forces or Defence Services is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel or visit different assigned sites as needed.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges between INR 18,000 and INR 25,000.
