Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage maintenance personnel effectively.
- Oversee building upkeep and the operation of facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and branch visits to monitor performance.
- Coordinate repair tasks along with housekeeping, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Maintain records of staff attendance and support payroll-related activities.
- Ensure efficient operation of all branches under supervision.
Qualification and Requirements

- Availability and willingness to travel for branch inspections and related duties.
