Role Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor - Direct who will oversee cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, restroom and break room cleaning, along with other related duties to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within buildings and facilities. The role also involves client interaction and managing administrative duties tied to assigned accounts. An ideal candidate exhibits professionalism in appearance and attitude while being proactive, dependable, and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Execute cleaning and maintenance tasks effectively under managerial guidance.
- Engage with clients professionally to represent the company positively.
- Complete administrative responsibilities linked to assigned accounts promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position with a pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Standard 40-hour workweek scheduled either from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
