Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Site Manager through various administrative duties to optimize store functionality.
• Assist in driving sales initiatives and achieving set sales goals alongside the Site Manager.
• Lead and motivate team members by setting practical objectives and employing effective communication and leadership techniques.
• Maintain store operations in compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• A proactive and positive attitude combined with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, promoting a constructive working atmosphere.
• Comfort and adaptability in a fast-moving work environment.
